MEET YOUR TRAINER
I founded AAA following an accident that shook my whole family. My mother survived a tragic accident in 2016. She was hit by a truck. Both of her legs fell under the truck and it was unclear if she could walk again. I chose to support her, stay with my family, and decline my acceptance letter to study psychology at York University. She became my number one priority and the first person I trained. It was the closeness and support of my family that helped us through this critical period.
After months of hospitalization and rehabilitation, it was exciting to watch her learn to wiggle her toes, stand and walk again. When she got home, I started training her to help her regain her strength, improve her mindset and develop a new sense of direction. She was able to get an early release from her rehabilitation program and achieve significant results thanks to our constant training.
She went from the agony of being codependent with a cane to being without a cane and able to walk again in her beloved high heels. From a place where she was mentally broken, we assessed her negative thoughts, took action, and restored her confidence. Her experience taught me resilience, which inspired me to create Aim Above Average.
I now train high-value women to adapt to a healthier lifestyle, take care of themselves, and stay resilient.
Life is worth fighting for, don't give up on yourself
